There are two main types of survey you can have, a full survey of the whole craft or a hull survey which is normally cheaper. This is completely your choice.

We will always recommend that you have a survey carried out on any used vessel although this is of course your decision.

A boat is probably the second biggest purchase that most people will make and as you wouldn't buy a house without having the relevant checks completed first the same should apply for boats.

A survey will give you peace of mind if nothing else. It may highlight areas that need attention or even make suggestions for future modifications.

A survey can give you the re-assurance you need, whether the boats going to be your home or simply your hobby.
